Right of withdrawal

Want to cancel your purchase? You can do so within 14 days, without having to say why.

In three steps

  1. Let me know within 14 days. The cooling-off period starts on the day after you receive your order. Email me at info@wurvl.store, with or without the form below.
  2. Send the product back. Do this within 14 days of letting me know, to Verdieping7, Hoeveneind 80D, 4847 NG Teteringen. You pay the cost of sending it back yourself.
  3. You get your money back. This happens within 14 days of letting me know, including the standard shipping costs of your order.

Crystal maker Pro

Crystal maker Pro is digital content that you can use straight away. Before you pay, you tick that you want to use Pro straight away and that you understand you therefore have no right of withdrawal. Does Pro not work as described? Email me at info@wurvl.store and I will sort it out.

Copy the form into an email to info@wurvl.store and fill it in. Or print it, fill it in and send it by post to the address in the form.
