Here you can read which of your data I process, why I do this and what rights you have.

Which data and why

When you order

When you order, I need the following data from you:

  • your name
  • your email address
  • your delivery address
  • your phone number, if you provide it

I use this data to process and ship your order, and to keep you informed. I am allowed to do this because it is necessary to carry out your order.

I also have to keep orders for my accounts. That is a legal obligation.

When you pay

You pay on the Stripe payment page. Stripe processes your payment details. The Stripe privacy policy applies to this.

For shipping

I pass your name and address on to PostNL, so that your parcel reaches you. Is your parcel going to another country? Then the postal service in your country also receives your name and address.

When you sign up for the newsletter

Then I keep your email address, only with your consent. For now I keep the sign-ups in my own mailbox. If I start using a newsletter service later, I will name it here.

You can unsubscribe at any time. Use the link in the newsletter, or send me an email.

When you email me

Then I keep your message and your email address. That way I can reply to you, and later look back at what we discussed. I am allowed to do this because I have a legitimate interest in it.

Website statistics

I want to know how often the pages on this site are viewed. I measure this with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It works without cookies, and it does not create personal profiles of you.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

When you go to pay, you arrive on the Stripe payment page. Stripe's privacy rules apply there, including for cookies.

How long I keep your data

  • Orders: 7 years. That is how long I must keep my accounts for tax purposes.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
  • Emails: as long as needed for your question or your order.

Your rights

You have these rights over your own data:

  • Access. You may know which data I hold about you.
  • Correction. If your data is not correct, I will correct it.
  • Deletion. You can ask me to delete your data. If I am legally required to keep certain data, I only delete it after that period.
  • Objection. You can object to how I use your data.
  • Portability. You can request your data in order to pass it on to someone else.

Did you give consent, for example for the newsletter? Then you can withdraw it at any time.
