How to keep your Wurvl dry and clean
Keeping Wurvl clean is simple. The most important thing is that everything is completely dry before you put it away.
After every use
- Rinse Wurvl with warm water.
- Dry the copper core with a Wurvl Dry Swab, the drying stick from the box.
- Let everything air-dry. Lay Wurvl down so that both openings are clear. Then the air can get to it.
- Only put Wurvl away when everything is completely dry. That way you do not trap any moisture.
The copper slowly darkens
You can see the copper as a small ring at each end. Over time, it slowly gets darker.
That comes from contact with the air. It is normal.
What you had better not use
- Harsh cleaning products, such as bleach, descaler or abrasive cleaners.
- Acidic liquids, such as vinegar, lemon juice or citric acid. Not for cleaning either.
- Carbonated drinks, such as sparkling water or soft drinks.
Wurvl is meant for clean water.
Storage
